The Almost All-Inclusive resort should list the services included with the nightly / package rate, but if they don't list so better wouldn't consider staying there. The things that can be covered in an all-inclusive vacations, other then the room, are meals (without room service), all drinks even including alcohol, golf, tennis and beach or pool services. "Almost all inclusive vacation" could mean any or all of these things may not be included.
Almost all-inclusive means everything from wine, liquor, soft drinks, food to tips but not shore excursions (except both lines stage at least one free tour a voyage) or spa treatments.

All most all inclusive is 3 meals a day, snacks and unlimited drinks during the specified times. It does not include extra activities that may be offered at the resort.

There are many different definitions and meanings so please always contact the resort, or your travel agent or travel company to get a full list of what is included in the total price for your holidays, vacations, resorts, hotel, packages, all inclusive deals IN WRITING.
